The following sections entirely replace the corresponding sections of the documents currently in force.

PROPOSED CHANGES TO ARTICLE IV OF THE CONSTITUTION:

Section 1. The officers of the club shall consist of a president, a program chairman, a secretary/historian, a treasurer, a membership chairman, two Sequoia Century co-chairmen, four newsletter editors, a statistician, a mailing parties organizer, a ride coordinator, six ride schedulers, a route map cataloguer, and a CABO representative.

Section 4. The officers shall also constitute a Board of Directors. A quorum for the transaction of business shall include the president (or his designate), plus any tour of the following: program chairman, secretary/historian, treasurer, membership chairman, one century co-chairman, one editor, ride coordinator, one rides scheduler. If a quorum exists, all attending officers may vote.

PROPOSED CHANGE TO ARTICLE I OF THE CLUB BYLAWS:

Section 2. Any officer may be designated by the president to act in the president's absence. If no officer has been designated, the program chairman shall be the president, pro tempore.
