2008 Great Arizona Bicycle Adventure Ride for the Border Tour Sep 27—Oct 5

The Greater Arizona Bicycle Association of Tucson sponsors the 28th Annual Ride for the Border Tour, a 1-week ride starting in Page AZ on Sep 27 and ending in Nogales AZ on Oct 5. It covers 535 miles and 25,294 feet through Gray Mountain, Flagstaff, Payson, San Carlos and Tuscon. There are optional shuttles from/to Phoenix at the start and end, and a day off in the middle with options to visit Grand Canyon or Sedona. For complete details, see the event brochure (PDF file).
